Eric pulled out the Professor's letter, and arrived at Neo Bay. He chose Celsinge as his first Pokemon, and thanked the Professor for giving him his first Pokemon.

He noticed an old female friend of his whom he hadn't seen in at least five years.

"Peggy! It's me! Eric! Remember?" Eric announced, running up to her.

Celsinge was trying to catch up with his Trainer, and succeeded.

"Peggy, I'm sorry about what happened all that time ago... And it STILL pains me to this day. I challenge you!" Eric shouted again.

Without a word, Peggy releases her own Pokemon, an Echoise. Celsinge and Echoise stare each other down, awaiting orders from their trainers.

Echoise took the initiative, ramming its head into Celsinge with impunity. So much impunity, in fact, that Celsinge was able to return in kind using its sharp little claws, with both of them ending up having taken the same amount of damage.

The CAPS made the extra difference, and Celsinge was spurred on with excitement! The two Pokemon clashed once more, with Echoise taking more damage from the exchange.

Before Celsinge can move, Echoise knocks him over with a tackle.
