Neo bay- our first battle

"Mila! Wake up!" Ben shouts as he bursts through my door. "come on mila, you are late to everything, but today we get our first pokemon! Let's go!"

"okay alright," I yawn,"just let me sleep five more minutes..."

"it's about time Mila." the professor chides. "Ben has already chosen his Pokemon, go ahead and choose yours."

"sorry I'm late professor! I'll take echoise please." I say.

"okay mila let's battle!" Ben shouts.

"gosh you are so impatient Ben. Okay here we go, echoise I choose you!" "echoise show that venal your tackle!"

Echoise charges forward, tackling Venap down.

Venap recovers and pounds Echoise in the head with one of its vines.

At his owner's bequest, Echoise charged forward much more, scoring a good amount of damage. Venap quickly returned in kind, dealing a heavier blow. By the looks of it, the fight was going in Venap's way. Maybe it was time for a change of plans?

Echoise responded happily to the order, waggling its tail and making Venap lose its guard trying to figure out what was going on. Looks like it was working! But then, Venap once again hit Echoise - hard.

"Ahh! No my baby echoise!"" that's it no more playing around baby echoise! Give it all with your tackle!"

Echoise tried his hardest, but Venap was just too tanky! Despite Venap's reduced defenses they dealt similar amounts of damage.

"It's okay echoise I still beleive in you!" "Echoise we are going to have to fight smarter..." Mila glances around at her surroundings, they are close to the water's edge, but not close enough for echoise to flee to. "Echoise go hide in the flower bushes!" Echoise quickly obeys and hides. Venap goes to the bushes to find his foe, but cannot find him. "Now echoise attack with tackle from behind!" Echoise comes out from the flowering bush behind Venap and strikes the venap before he knew what hit him. "Nice one Echoise!"

Echoise lunges out of the bushes at his foe, and manages to hit.

However, Venap smacks Echoise away with its vinelike limbs.

Echoise quickly backs off, knowing that there's still a chance to come out ahead.

"Echoise distract that horrible creature with your tail's glow! Now tackle with every ounce of strength and spirit you have!"

Echoise's tackle was surprisingly effective! Dealing a decent amount of damage, the Venap in pain was discombobulated by the blow, and opted to Leer at Echoise rather than finish him off with a proper blow.

"okay time for some unconventional battling style..." I take echoise by the tail and hurl him towards venap,"GO ECHOISE USE TACKLE!"
echoise feels a little dizzy at first but quickly regains focus and feels the momentum!

Echoise is a bit unhappy about being thrown, but he doesn't let that stop him from taking Venap down.

Ben's Venap was defeated! You get 100P for the defeat, and... Poof! Echoise seems to have grown stronger!
