Chartree Forest: Echoise Development

And then I entered Chartree Forest. What lay ahead, I did not know, but with my first victory, I pressed forward, proud.

All I could do now was look for wild Pokemon.

OOC: I should just force all Spoinks to be level 7. This is going to be fun.

Echoise flew right out of the gates with a flying tackle, hitting the Spoink squarely. Spoink hopped back with the force of the impact, landing in a muddle of mud. Happily, she hopped around the mud some more, making great sport out of it.

Echoise hit Spoink, who rebounded quickly, and hopped up and down mockingly. It was super effective, Spoink was able to do backflips and such. But Echoise didn't really care.

I wondered if Spoink thought she was on a boat, so to bring her to her senses, I called for another Echoise Tackle.

Yeah, fo sho Spoink was on a boat. Unfortunately, Echoise got his towels ready.

Echoise just needed to put Spoink out of her misery with more Tackles.

Echoise slammed into Spoink, and Spoink continued hopping up and down. She was confident that her persistence would pay off in the end.

And more nothing continued to happen. So Spoink took yet another hit to the face.

Suddenly Spoink grew to level 7! She hit Echoise with a devastating Psywave! And then it was woken up from her dream by Echoise's tackle, and proceeded to cry as she splashed around uselessly once more.

OOC: A Tail Whip would have sped this process up at little.

OOC: Yeah, I know. Didn't even cross my mind until now.

Tackle.

Bomp! With one final tackle Echoise sent Spoink flying backwards, where it promptly fainted. Funnily enough, even unconscious Spoink continued to bounce contentedly in place.

While you were busy celebrating your victory, an errant Firant decided to go up to Spoink and claim it as a prize for its nest! Are you going to stand for this?

In an attempt to get Echoise to use attacks based on my body language, I shook my bootay so that he would use Tail Whip. If that failed, I'd just say the words.

Echoise tilted his head to one side, watching his trainer make a fool of herself. After a second, he caught on, and shook his tail at Firant. Firant was infuriated by this act of aggression and spewed a vile-smelling acid all over Echoise.

I then took a few steps back, then ran forward and Tackled the air, then pointed at Firant.

If that didn't work, I'd just say Tackle out loud.

Following your lead, Echoise hopped forward and slammed into his enemy. The blow flipped Firant over, and the bug waved its legs in the air as it tried to right itself. Eventually, the bug gave up, choosing instead to spit a burst of flame at his opponent.
