Okay so I fixed it. Bihira automatically updated us to PHP 7.0 because it's being discontinued and security updates are ending in 2018. So I reverted back to PHP 5.6. Does anyone know anything about website administration? Apparently our scripts are outdated and do not work with PHP 7.0. I have no idea how to fix this.

IB web administration isn't my area of expertise but I have worked with PHP and other web tools before, I haven't had the time to look into it lately but I should have time the weekend after next to take a look.
