Ignore the crappy formatting and huge black Xs, I pasted the old code and haven't updated it yet because I wanted to make all the icons animated first. Will get to it.

Now that I look at it together with others, Coroona looks so large in comparison to the size it should be it's a little sore-thumb-ish.

Why don't you try making the head bob up and down? It looks a little too impotent when it's just flapping its limbs uselessly like that. The sprite seems fine, though the head could probably be a little down onto the neck.

Mefan, those are facing the front. You need to have them at an angle. Other than that, they're not bad, but they ARE facing the wrong direction.

I'm not good at judging the quality of icons, or determining how to fix them, so I won't say my opinon in terms of whether they should be official or not. But IMO they're all certainly good enough for placeholder status at the very least.

Agreed. I think they fit the style well enough and look pretty good myself.

Yes Reliability, I know it is my fault for leaving. It seems like you were mainly following my other code examples though so you can't be faulted.

Whenever I see old code of mine like that, it makes me die a little inside at how improperly done it was. I can't even bear to look at pages I made in 2004. D:

I was going to try an adapt the code you did for the other pages on the repository (I was only vaguely familiar with how CMS worked), but it was all protected so I couldn't go in to C+P or even try to copy it by hand. That code was actually dug up for me by IB so that we could get something on the page.

I also think that Cirroft looks fine when not animated but seems off when the bottom doesn't move. Maybe it might look better if it just bobbed up and down?

What I did was align both frames to the bottom of a 32x32 square for consistency. I guess with Cirroft, this produced an unintended animation effect.

I'll take a look and see what I can do.

Edit: I guess I need to redo them all and make the frames center aligned instead of bottom.

Well there goes another few hours of work. I'll do it once I finish the other stuff.

Just leave them aligned the way they are. I've tested the animation by quickly switching the pictures, so it should be fine if you do that.

That's actually pretty good! You could go ahead and make the second frame since you did the first one.

All it would need to do is bob a little, perhaps some wing movement? It shouldn't be too hard. It would probably be easier for you to do it rather than for someone else to finish it. Look at the official Pokemon animated icons (http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/dpiconsani.html) for inspiration, if you'd like!

I'd somewhat prefer it if the icons were as much as possible not just scaled down versions of the front sprites, especially since it seems like this one took the front sprite, resized it to icon size, then pixel-overed it. It's definitely a fine attempt though.

Actually, it's custom. So... Yeah. I'll work on the second frame and make some more after I wrap up the Shiny Backsprites.

I'd prefer a total remake, if possible. I know you made it without tracing or anything, but if you look at the front sprite, it's exactly the same, almost every detail is the same, when it shouldn't be. It should be looked at from above. It's a good attempt, but it won't work because it's not an icon, it's a scaled down front sprite.
