And so activity has picked up, thanks for your efforts! (Obviously this goes first because it's most important). The surprising amount of PMs I've been getting from new users saying "I can't post!" has to be a good sign, too, and so things are looking up.

The World of Topaz (http://pokemontopaz.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=35) forum is in full swing, with the (not-surprisingly) most popular entries being the new returning lines, with people enjoying guessing what the new lines would be. As a recap, the 17 Pokemon re-introduced into Topaz to bring the total up to 200, are: Meowth/Persian Corphish/Crawdaunt Remoraid/Octillery Chinchou/Lanturn/NotvolphinD= Relincanth Tangela Whismur/Loudred/Exploud Scyther/Scizor Misdreavus Qwilfish

For those who really enjoyed the riddles, I started a new topic in the games section where you can go and view new riddles to be solved: PokeRiddles (http://pokemontopaz.net/forums/showthread.php?t=906)

In an effort to bring our site a little more up-to-date on everything, as well as posting State of Topazes on the forums, the site homepage (http://pokemontopaz.net/)will show the latest State of Topaz, with past SoTs being linked back to on a convenient Updates (http://www.pokemontopaz.net/updates/)page on the sidebar. Also, PapaLulu and oykawoo's concept art are now up on the http://www.pokemontopaz.net/art/ on the site. Bask in their glory.

Because all the new pokes have finally been revealed, Wild Encounter Rates (http://pokemontopaz.net/forums/showthread.php?t=622&page=4) is now open to voting and contribution once more. Expect to see progress here, as well as a newer, more-asterisk-and-less-percentages list created for Orange Islands purposes that I will try to get done by the end of the week.

With Corsola (http://pokemontopaz.net/forums/showthread.php?t=900)finally finished, Tropius (http://pokemontopaz.net/forums/showthread.php?t=853) and the Meowth Line (http://pokemontopaz.net/forums/showthread.php?t=901) are up for revamps. It would be lovely to get a little more activity in revamps.

Items Discussion (http://pokemontopaz.net/forums/showthread.php?t=567&page=8) is back up, with the only debatables now being Tackle Box, Gray Flute and Link Cable. We also need a decision on if we want item sprites, and in general need Ball sprites for the new official Pokeballs. Splicers, this is for you, I remember hearing that ball sprites are very easy to make using some clever splicing and recolouring.

Pokedex Entries (http://pokemontopaz.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=34) have stalled, and no fodder whatsoever has been added. If anyone feels like contributing in this way, I'd feel grateful.

We need to work on Gym Leader Lineups (http://pokemontopaz.net/forums/showthread.php?t=68&page=6) for OI. Some guidelines for Christina. I'll take one more look at Osiro's latest spread, and if it's good enough it'll be official. Guidelines for Christina: Load up on self-killing, recoil, etc. moves. No healing moves at all, and few support moves in general if possible (ie Reflect, Aromatherapy, Substitute)

Cries? No idea what's going on there.

Random NPC Lines (http://pokemontopaz.net/forums/showthread.php?t=725). I don't really see how people can get tired of this one, it's so open ended. Treat is as a game!

And that's it for now. I'm glad I've had some stuff to update, that's a really good sign, so have another good two or three weeks and thanks for your valuable contributions (whatever they may be.)!
