A very friendly and playful POKEMON. It is very loyal and only does what its trainer orders.

GROWLITHE are very loyal POKEMON. They do only as the trainers orders.

They are very territorial. If any other GROWLITHEs come into their territory, they bark and attack.

They have a keen sense of smell. It helps them detect other GROWLITHES on their territory.

GROWLITHE are very territorial. If another GROWLITHE enters its domain, it will bark loudly and attack to scare the intruder away.

GROWLITHE are very loyal, making them great pets. In the wild, their keen sense of smell alerts them to rival GROWLITHE encroaching on their domain.

The last one should be "in their territory".

Also, I thought the Pokemon names were already plural? Growlithe should refer to both the singular and plural forms.

You're doing a good job otherwise, keep it up.

I'm actually not a very big fan of any of them. We can stay true to canon yet bring our own twist on them!

GROWLITHE is often made the guardian of young children due to its loyalty and keen sense of smell. While it can recognize many scents from a short distance, it can detect its TRAINER from very far away.

Most of the others are too short. IBs has better length and content.

It's a bit too long though, maybe remove the "young":

i got one...how about:

GROWLITHE are highly domesticated Pokemon, due to not only their playfulness, and loyalty, but also their keen sense of smell, and protectiveness. It is for these reasons that many Police Forces use GROWLITHE to help apprehend rooks.

That one's way too long and has the problem of a comma splice. But it's mainly the length that is the problem.

Comma Splice is a no-no. IBs is still best.

I think I would laugh even harder if my entry got officialized. Anyway IBs post is pretty good.

IB's are okay, and I know I am just one person, but I kinda think his are slightly "too" out. It is great to go out of the box and I need to try more, though I just kinda believe SOME of his are a bit "too much out"

Edits to shorten and remove the "due to":

GROWLITHE's loyalty and keen sense of smell has made it a popular guardian of children. While it can recognize many scents from a short distance, it can detect its TRAINER from very far away.

same, though I had to read it a couple times. Maybe change to "from only a short distance".
