i like #9 cause of the contrast it has...
also it looks like it's easier on the eyes than the others but kinda hard to tell with the different background color from the others...

Brighter. Almost full on cyan would probably work. Lightning bolts don't need to be shades or pastels, they're blindingly bright! Use an obnoxious colour, this is one of the only times you can!
