Topaz Tough Man

I tried to make a topaz tough man...I epic failed, so I used the HG SS one. I tried to change it up, though this is definetly not a "god" made sprite. I changed his back from a gyarados to a Malduval, though I tried to give him flames... I personally think it looks like its puking, but idk.

Unfortunately, you picked probably one of the hardest trainers to splice (aside from Pokemaniac or something). The head doesn't quite fit on right and the shading on the arm is off. I think you're best off sticking to another idea, since I don't think I would even attempt this splice considering how difficult it is to make him look both different and good.
