What is it with people wanting to have "continuity"?! Not every line needs it you know. Hell, there're offical lines that don't.

It's a personal preference for me.

Also, IMO I think that Pokemon that have a preform or evolution that is already in existence ought to keep to Nintendo's colour choices.
