Though, I'm actually not a fan of my colors for my entry, I (and I think some others) like the stripes idea.

The light and dark stripes are opposite of the original

No matter what, the winning line is getting fixed with the orange line, but the question is, while I'm at it, should I swap the stripes?

Whichever one the bottom is, I like that one. I'm not a fan of the vine color on the top one.

I can change that. That being said, this isn't a shiny vote. This is the idea. See on mine how the stripes are opposite to the original, I was wondering when I fix that shiny up if that could be changed as well

The stripes are much better composed as is IMO. The placement of the dark stripes goes a long way in defining the areas in the image.
