Hehehehehe....this would be sooo funny!
If you have played XD, you know this man. When you listen to his theme song (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gEsHph1BKyc&feature=related), you know he's like the "Pokemon" Michael Jackson.
ITS MIRROR B OF COURSE!
He is the best person in that game, everybody loves him.

If you have played XD or even Colloseum, you know him. In xd, they have a tracker of him. When it says he is out of the region, where did he go? Caldera and Kirant of course!
I've completely scratched these so far, so they are pretty bad, but hope you like, and hope this can turn into a trainer around the different parts, going place to place.
totally serious, when I was making that little route list that I like, I saw his theme song, and it got 2 me.

Great Idea! I always loved Mirror B and his Ludicolo's. Perhaps Mirror B could be wandering to diffferent places in Caldera/Kirant and if you meet him, he will battle you ( With his ludicolos). If you win, he will give you a Special Item.(I like the idea of him having a shadow pokemon to give you but there are a lot of one offs in the game.)

what did it do? although XD was better, that game was awesome in by book. (except that trippy but funny chick that could see shadow pokemon)
As cool as a shadow pokemon would be, that would be just more hassle. I love the idea though.
My "general" idea of him was he could go around the region like the interviews did in RSE. They got those three areas that they could be. He could have like 5, since ours is BIG, but yah.

and since I got the esentials, although I cant use em much, I can make previews. Previews I think are really good, since the show it "in battle". Sprites can look better or worst.

Might I just note it was a good thing we have ludicolo's in our dex. He can't survive without them, they are "part" of him ;) I was gonna make an red-ash thingy, but I forgot we have no pikachu.
couple last things, I'm gonna see on pokecommunity if there are any remixers that could "HGSS" his theme, since STT might be busy. If not, then something will work out.

You do know you're going to have to do them all again, right? With slightly dfferent positions. To get the "throwing pokeball" animation.

I don't think his hat and shirt should be the same color. Try recoloring the hat.
His body looks tapered, way too thin at the neck and too much belly. You should also try getting rid of that black line separating his body and his right arm.
Last issue, the Pokeball at his feet is kind of random, and it looks like it's part of his foot. I suggest you reposition it or get rid of it entirely (since there already are a lot of Pokeballs on this sprite).

The sprite's alright, but anyone who's played HGSS will immediately recognize the source material. Try changing the face and/or hair a bit.
(to be honest, the HGSS beauty sprite is my least favorite in any Pokemon game so far...)
the HGSS one totally serious, (before she turnes swimmer) reminds me of a whore. Idk why. I dont know how much to change the face more. Like mouth or what?

So uh, I merged a bunch of threads so there might be some confusion going here. Just keep discussing your preferred sprite(s), seriously 5 threads is a bit much.
Just be glad that I had sympathy and didn't merge the santa or odd couple.

Edit: I like the 'fro guy, the drummer. Youngster and Swimmer seem off. No advice there. Who's that in the first overworld you posted?

There does seem to be something rather off about Froy. Maybe it's the outlining? Good job on capturing the hair though.
Could you post all the sprites you base things off of, kind of like you did for the swimmer?
If its something that I could change to Froy, I will. I kinda wanna see something I created in the demo :P

although this isn't the exact area to post about music. I personally dont like the current youngster theme. Not the remix, but which one was used. I think either a Gold/Silver or a DPP should be remixed instead of the RSE. I just dont like...sorry.

Wait maybe I have my sprites confused. Can you post Froy's sprite? I don't have it on hand.
I thought the overworld didn't match at all but I may be mistaken.
Edit: I just saw the Froy sprite in the other thread and I was indeed mistaken. I had my trainer sprites mixed up.
Now that I have it straight, I can make a proper comment. It's a good start but seems to be missing something. The hair doesn't quite match the sprite but I don't know what you can do about that.
now thats more of what I was wanting to hear. I'll work with the hair, and post it tommorow.

A few more mistakes on the youngster:
-Something still looks awkward about the pants. It might be best to get rid of the Pokeballs on his belt, and/or make his pants more tight-fitting.
-One sleeve is longer than the other. I suggest going with short sleeves.
-Same with socks, although it's less noticeable.

Alright, I think it's a great sprite, but this unfortunately means I'll have to be nit-picky about the details.
The arm and hands need some more work. Perspective-wise, his left arm should be larger than his right arm, which you have the other way around. Also, not sure if I'm the first to notice this but HIS LEFT AND RIGHT HANDS ARE SWITCHED. It is not physically possible for a normal human to grasp the Pokeball like that, and the free hand's thumb is on the wrong way. Hard to notice but distracting (and not to mention hilarious) when you see it.

Wow, I would not have noticed that. It does now seem sort of funny. (admittedly, I tried to see if I would be able to, but I couldn't. It was actually kind of painful).

Eh... The battle veiw looks good, but the walking veiw just looks a FierRed/Leaf Green default male with different colord clothes.
No offense to you, Quinn.
P.S. Trainer Idea: Construction worker; Orange helmet, Blue vest. If you need help, use the engineer trainer from FR/LG as a base.
maybe, if this isn't a better edit to the hands, should I just swap em? I'm not so sure about this one.

As said before, the hands are completely wrong. It looks like you'll have to try your best to scratch them.
What is that little curved line on his shorts? Is it supposed to be a pocket? No matter, it looks kinda weird.
There also appears to be white spots on his face and neck...
Hands are the major problem. Once they're fixed, this sprite is just about ready to go. I really want to see this used in the demo, as well.

What about the posssessed one? That one hasn't had anything said about it, so I take it everyone likes. <I've asked that like many times, so I'm not even sure if I should be anymore. (though we need to choose an overworld)

It's a bit better. Try this: thicken his left arm, and slim his right arm. That should help with the weird perspective.

Right hand is good, left hand still doesn't look right. Try to make that pose yourself and edit the sprite based on what your hand looks like.

The pokeball shouldn't be showing at all, remove it. If it's in the left hand it would be blocked from sight by said hand anyway.
