On the Pokecreator, there is a sprite directly stolen from the fangame-in-progress Pokemon Topaz (http://www.pokemontopaz.net/forums/index.php) Nothing has been edited about Chloreon, so I'm just going to assume that it was just directly lifted from us without any other permission given.

The spriter is Novoni, a fairly famous spriter for Topaz and the Text RPG Orange Islands. She NEVER gives permission for anyone to use her sprites, so on behalf of Topaz and Orange Islands (where Chloreon will eventually be used once the Topaz region opens up there, as the two sites are both affiliates), I must ask you to remove it and possibly infract the user, if you can. Novoni does NOT tolerate sprite thieves.

It can be found at http://www.pokestadium.com/pokecreator/163 for this site, and http://www.pokemontopaz.net/sprites/, for the Topaz Pokedex's URL. It is number 128. Yeah, it's obvious that it's stolen from Topaz. No further evidence is
required, I've removed that creation now.

I'm aware that a lot of people steal things, most notably from Arkeis,
taking screenshots of Youtube sprite videos (most horrible quality
"sprites") and sometimes from Topaz too. It's hard to control them;
it's the Internet, and then you combine it with a lot of 8-year-old
kids.

I didn't infract that user though, as I haven't explicitly stated that
using someone else's work gets you warned or banned. People submit
recolored versions of official Pokemon sprites (other people's work),
and they submit pictures and drawings made of others of things like
Chuck Norris, Mario, Harry Potter, Percy Jackson etc. Either way that
user isn't active anymore so I don't think we'll see him stealing
anything else from Topaz.

Oh, and another thing, MK...as much as Bacon God is indeed a troll, there's no reason to flame him within your signature.

I PM'd the contest holder, so nobody else needs to do that. I'm not sure if we allow those sorts of things, but the contest entry should not be allowed because in the original contest video it says, and I quote:
No copying anybody else's idea or stealing their sprite.

thank you. i honestly had no clue that there was a website for fake pokemon, and i just found that there was a few weeks ago. Since i had not known about it until after i posted my contest, i will allow it this time, but i will not next time. this way it's fair. (in my opinion anyways) I'm not sure if this will change anything, but I just wanted people to know this.

I don't think Dolphinz quite understands. We are not a website for fake Pokemon, we have been given permission by the creators of those sprites to use them in any way related to Topaz. If it explicitly said "no stealing their sprite" I think it's fair that mefan3 be removed with simple Tsunall etc. recolours.

Apparently some fan-game that's stolen sprites from Topaz, arkeis, and Cave of the Dragonflies. Just thought I'd bring it up. I'm not super worried. CotD is already aware, and it's not like there is much going on. The guy (klinecars3) seems to be putting this folder together, but I can't find any development past that. He has a Youtube channel and accompanying website, and nothing about any of this is posted anywhere.
