Neo Bay is a small, peaceful island in the center of a calm lagoon. It's residents rarely travel farther than Sunset Village, and the town attracts very few tourists.
Neo Bay has an unprecedented balance between people and Pokemon, and many Pokemon Professors have visited the lagoon to study this balance. One of these Professors, Professor Willow, has given you your first Pokemon.
