Espeon and Umbreon are both exposed to different types of ultraviolet radiation. You phrasing is very awkward though. "Completely different ones" could be reworded.

Yes. Another problem though: "When exposed to certain radiation, or hitting puberty, its cells". "or hitting puberty" is a tense change, and should be corrected to reflect the conditional tense.
