    Default The Late-to-add thread

    Basically, this thread is where you can post your ideas for the game that you would have liked to contribute to the project, but arrived too late to post, or you just had a great idea you would have contributed if you thought of it earlier. It could be anything--Pokemon sprites, move ideas, abilities, items, etc.

    I would have added these ideas (2 moves, and an item I just thought of):

    Acid Rain
    Type: Poison
    BP: 75
    Acc: 95
    PP: 20
    Attack Type: Special
    Effect: Power doubles if used during Rain Dance

    Thunderstorm:
    Type: Electric
    BP: ---
    Acc: ---
    PP: 5
    Attack Type: Support
    Effect: Creates new weather effect, which raises power of Electric and Dragon attacks by 1.5x, lowers Water, Fire, Grass, and Flying attacks by 1.5x, and affects Pokemon between turns depending on their typing (Normal damage from Electric attacks=1/10 of their HP lost each turn; Half damage=1/20; Quarter damage=1/40; Double damage=1/5; Quad damage=2/5; Ground-types=unaffected; Electric-types are healed 25% each turn).

    Dark Lens--At night, the holder's Special Attacks do 30% more damage and have their normal accuracy.

    I have a friend that draws really good photos of PKMN. She made these a while back and she would be so happy if these were put in the game. (some other people copied them with some changes so they might have different artist names)

    Attack Type: Can't decide
    Effect: If attack hits, has a 50% chance of hitting again for half base damage next turn. Second attack has a -1 priority.

    Some of those forms like Arceus, Dialga & Palkia would need items to change (same orbs or new items?) but Heatrans change could bs with the magma stone, like shaymin & the key item flower.

Is there anyway I could help with this game? Been going to the website for so long and i am an experienced game designe, who has played pokemon since it came out.r

    Sorry but this thread is simply for kicks. We are not looking to add new Pokemon, moves or abilities.

    @Bacon God: Yes, there are plenty of ways to help, but this is not really the place to ask. Why don't you send me a Private Message telling me what you can do? Can you program? Sprite? Mix sounds? Write?

    Previous-gen Dex entries, programming, and some other things going on right now are the main ways to help.

    This thread is for posting ideas you would implement in the game if we were still accepting them for their categories--Pokemon sprites, moves, movesets, abilities, base stats, new-gen Dex entries, gym leaders, gym lineups (except Osiro, which needs finalization), and some others. I think we finalized the items too, since IBow posted that list on the site, but I can't remember if we ever agreed on an official list; I just thought of the Dark Lens and posted it here, because it could hypothetically have been useful in the game itself if I'd thought of the item when we were discussing them.

    Aftershock sounds like a Earth type move to me

    A hazard, but different in that it's not an entry hazard.

    Type: Psychic

    PP: 5
    Attack Type: Support
    Effect: Causes moves that have over 90% accuracy to drop to 60% and moves with 60-89% accuracy to rise to 95% for five turns.

    Not sure what the percents should to be make it balance right.
