    Default What's Your Favourite Type

This is basically what it says in the title. Just say what your favourite type is.

Mine changes a lot depending on the pokemon that come out, but mine are Fire and Ice.

Don't know... Hmm.. Maybe Dark. All the unique and flavourful abilities with interesting applications: Pursuit, Torment, Beat Up, Snatch, Thief, Taunt, Knock Off, Flatter, Memento. The type is just brimming with cool things to do.

I have never gotten memento. I dont think its worth fainting just so you can lower their stats, but then again im not really a competitive battler.

Could be useful if you're about to die, and want to destroy the enemy's stats before ya go?

Anyway, I've always loved the duality of Fire and Ice. The new Ice types make me die a little inside, and the new Fire types are meh, but I still love these two. :3

Me and a lot of Ground types get along just fine. Cubone and Rhydon have been two of my favorites since the beginning. And there's always a key one in each generation that I really love from the type.

They aren't bad competitively too. Sandstorm, type immunity, STAB Earthquake? Yes please.

The new fire types are meh? How about Darmanitan, Volcarona and Chandelure?

    Emboar T_T

Why did it have to have so many unnecessary markings?

In case you want to know what Memento was used for (at least for a short while). It was used as a free switch + setup turn to Belly Drum Charizard back in RSE 386 play. Essentially since you fainted, Charizard got to switch in for free. And then you had to switch since you couldn't do any damage, so Charizard would just Belly Drum down, activate Salac Berry, and then proceed to wreck every face in every game.

I didn't care for Emboar, or any of the starters really.

    Darmanitan scares me. Those eyes.......

Volcarona is the only non-disappoint, but it's also a near one-off psudo-legendary, so of course it is awesome.

    I love Hitomoshi/Litwick, but it's evolutions are just...wtf?

Funny how Ninetales, despite being one of my all-time favorites throughout history, is virtually the only Fire-type I like much. I think I have to give it to Dark.

my fave's Dragon type, it's virtually resistant to everything and it's freakin powerful. And when paired up with some types it effectively becomes the ultimate tank in the game. (Dialga as an example)--sadly it sucks to see that dragon's weak to ice but still cool that it can own just about every other element in the series...

Does Kyurem not make up for that weakness? Though Dragon is still weak to Dragon.

back in the glory days special attack and defense were one
mewtwo: his sp. stat could get as high as the 400s and that sonofabitch could learn amnesia

but of course poor bollocks got nerfed
