Rejoice! I will officially no longer be using dial-up in 2-3 days! My dad recently bought our family a Bell Portable 3mbps connection! 30 GB a month and up to 3mbps download speed. It's not DSL, but it's pretty damn close.

You have a monthly cap? That means no filesharing or mass downloads, 1 GB a day is easy to fill up quickly if you're not careful but it will be much better than dial up.

Not a hard cap in any way though, as Bell didn't mention charging out the ass as they do currently if you go over 5 GB in a month on a rocketstick.

wow....i have crappy intranetz, that has a dailiy cap of about 420 MB per day. though in June, i shall finally be getting faster intranetz, thanks to ATT finally getting internet out where i live...just a month away!
