blocked doors in mosdeep and sotopolis

Does anyone know how to get throught those blocked doors in mosdeep and sotopolis?

I dont think that is even possible. Its like in GSC in the Kanto Radiotower and Silph Co. It is nothing. (and I used this idea in the Santa House)

Actually I believe it's for using the E-Card Reader (or something)

Actually, both buildings had an interior, and there's always a way to open a locked door and find what's on the other side if it says it's locked. That's why that notice appears. :P

You had to use an E-Reader. With the E-Reader, you can swipe a Trainer card through it and have the ability to battle them. I know that helped with the Mossdeep door.
