Youngster Sprite

I thought I'd try my hand at this. It's not from scratch, and probably not all that great, but I like it.

It's good for a start but does need a bit of work. The outline needs to be crispier and smoother.

The right (my right) leg is awkwardly bent and the right arm (same side) resembles an amputated limb. The pokeball in the left hand is practically indistinguishable.

Final point of criticism is that the sprite itself is way too small. http://www.pokemontopaz.net/repository/trainersprites/

As you can see, these trainer sprites dwarf yours. Even the too-small default male. Sorry to rip it apart but trying to help by giving constructive criticism.

It is a good start, but I agree with zero's points. Also, something seems wrong with his left (our right) foot.

Hmm...I'll see what i can do about those. Though I won't be able to do much for the outline. I can't do outlining.

OK, I managed to get the leg, foot, and pokeball problems fixed, I think. Can't do the outlining, and i can't make it much bigger, without it looking terrible. What do you think?

Maybe. Depends on whether i can get someone to fix the size and outlining problems or not.

According to *annotimous* since my youngster isn't getting anymore comments, its probably gonna be confirmed. That being said, if thats the case, like I said with someone's *I think ickyblob* main character, if it can't be used for one thing, it probably can be fixed up for another.

Well there was more than one youngster per game you know.

That one I'm not so sure about. I know there were different Triathaletes, but to my knowledge, no youngsters. Yet again I say, either way, whichever seems to be better, the other can be fixed around for another sprite.
