ok so me and IB thought that there could be a mystery gift in the game so post your toughts below:o

I've seen fangames do that, Raptor Ex in particular is known for the mystery gift feature. Perhaps we could implement it by using a variation of that one thing Badara was talking about a while back...

A mystery gift would be nice. Maby some exclusive items? Pokemon with irregular moves? I'm not creative I'm just approving :)

I'd be fine with shiny Pokemon like once every year or so. Any more occurances would be just...yeah.

I think that if we could implement it, we could figure it out from there... For instance, we could have events for Pokemon that you would not normally be able to (like ones not in the C-K dex, if we plan to add them). Or events to get the other starters. I'd like that.

i like the starter idea. but for nyte fyre they would be posted on the site so no nead for hacking:D

Yes, if we implement this, it will be through a patch. I believe the plan was to release all the Pokemon eventually through patches, so there is no reason why this would not work as well.

No. That will come later. Right now, we have the demo and a full REGULAR game to work on. Optional ideas can come later.

I think what Pikang is saying is that the whole Mystery Gift is a very low priority. Getting the game done is a higher priority. We can still brainstorm, it just isn't that important yet.

Pikang is exactly right. Locking this, since it is merely a distraction right now. It can be opened later when discussion on Mystery Gift is needed.
