Video made me lol. The section at 0:32 onward is clearly being played backwards, the audio is way too high quality for the video, and I've heard most of the sound effects that they used. Camera 129 mysteriously gets very zoomed in, while mysteriously changing location. It's really the most useless "surveillance" camera ever.

Poor acting as well.

1. It makes a point of not showing how he placed the board on the steps. Therefore, he might have placed it so that it would fall down with the natural draft of the staircase. Also, lol'd at the pronunciation of "foyer." If we're going to Anglicize words, lets at least use a more realistic pronunciation.
2. A bird cage fell off a table. The only reason to think ghost is because they used "as if something pushed it." Because, again, we can't see the cage properly, it could have fallen because of its precarious position.
3. First, that doesn't even LOOK like a lantern flame. Secondly, I's need more info on their exact location for this one, but he carefully words it: "...that we had no explanation for." This doesn't mean ghost, it means something that wasn't identifiable.
4. Old house, probably animals in the walls. But we honestly can't trust these kinds of audio things on film. They could be being made by people off camera, or edited in afterwards. It's easy enough to make your breath not create fog, and breathing on the camera lens definitely makes it fog up (and it's heating up cold things that makes things fog, so the camera shouldn't be fogging up if the temperature did in fact drop). :P
5. Either someone is inside, or its a voice activated light switch. Or the light is broken, the last people left the lights on thinking they were off and now they're flickering.
6. Shadow of an actual person. And I can barely make out a hat, and I think its just the continuation of a shadow. Either way, they're filling in bits and pieces to fit their "profile".
7. The audio is stupid. They have to repeat each one three times because the laugh is to short to be a real laugh, and unless there are the subtitles there, you can't tell what that other noise is.
