It seems that Vincent is being scrapped in favour of a girl named Alisa. Cheryl is no longer a character and a lot of the Orion Defenders are getting new names (though that shouldn't really change their appearance too much). Otherwise yes.

If you wanted, you are welcome to come up with images for Alisa, Simon and Bradley, whose current sprites I've been wanting to scrap in favour of custom ones. If you did that, I would be forever in your debt.

Cheryl is no longer a character

She's still listed on the Trainer Sprites (http://www.pokemontopaz.net/trainersprites/) page as Cheryl. Should we use the sprite for someone else or remove it altogether? I was planning on reorganizing the trainer sprites page anyway so I can make whatever change when I do that.

It's a good sprite, we should recycle it.

Originally the idea was going to be to convert Cheryl to Alisa, which we can still do. I might edit the sprite's face later to make it a little less "nicey-nice" but it should be fine for now as it is.

The main problem with a lot of the old sprites Novoni made is that they were made for the 64x64 Advanced Gen-style rather than the 80x80 DS-style. As such, they're kind of dwarfed by the Pokemon.

Oh right. So what do we do?

The only choice is to remake them. We can reuse some of the designs or make new ones entirely. It works just as it did when we decided to make all the Pokemon 80x80, except that this time we don't have Novoni to help. Priority should be placed on Alisa and Bradley, of course. And luckily Froy and Therma are the right size. Maybe some of the Orion Defenders would be good too, seeing as to how the script is turning out.

Thanks IB! I'm still trying to work my way around photoshop but I think it is a massive improvement from Fernando! I plan to start work on Osiro (or whatever his name was) next!
