This is mostly to let others see my progress with Photoshop (I found a tutorial on smoothing lines :'D) I haven't shaded this concept yet but this is my original Fakemon, Pequito! (Petite + Mosquito)

Pequito is a pure Bug type and will evolve into a Bug/Dark type.

Ooh. What are you using to draw/colour in? A mouse? A tablet? A touchpad?
It looks nice, but the smooth lines look a little uneven at points. It's fine as is since the colour is basic cell-shading, but once you move onto creating shadows they'll look a little strange. At some points on the head the outline even disappears. I really like the concept, even though I hate mosquitoes with a passion. It's cute.
I use paper and pencil and then edit with Photoshop. The smooth lines are done with editing channels and layers. I plan to thin out some of the outlines soon so that'll be fixed. Thanks for the compliment!

Looks badass, though the purple/yellow wings take a way from that a little.
Thanks! I wanted its wings to stand out a bit and I'm in the process of shading/lighting it. The outlines on the yellow stripes are being faded away so it will give the wings a more solid look.
