I tend to ignore sarcasm and poorly constructed jokes. I take everything at face value. Unless I feel like doing otherwise. For instance, I am assuming now that you are referring to me, although your sentence implies that you are talking to The Creator.

To answer your question, I mainly only care overly much about grammar online where it is typically quite bad.

It can also be fun to irritate my friends with grammar.
