Pokémon Topaz - Cetacea Town

Cetacea is a small town; the PokéMart doesn't even sell Pokéballs. However, it does have a Calming Center, where, for a small price, you can increase your Pokémon's affection towards you. Though the city itself has very little notoriety, it is home to many of the fisherman that work in Icthyes, creating an unfortunate link between the two cities that are so different. Orion Defenders are often seen around the city, making many believe that their base is somewhere in the area, hidden within Cetacea.
