Reposting the rules just in case (with an edit here)
What CAN be revamped:
- Movesets (TMs and levelsets) - For TMs, please post the existing list even if you're making no changes, it makes my job much easier.
- Abilities
- Egg Moves (POST WITH FATHERS, PLEASE)
Okay, I'm willing to bet nobody even noticed this topic until IBow pointed it out in the last update. Here's my idea for Slowking:
Ability: Rock Head/Empty Head (Either one might work, since his head is covered by a Shellder)
Lv. Up moves:
--- Calm Mind
--- Confusion
06 Water Gun
13 Amnesia
20 Equilibrium
27 Delta Wave <-For some reason, this just seems to fit.
34 Spike Wall
41 Tidal Wave
48 Psychic
Could potentially replace delta wave with riptide. I also think that he should learn at least one more attack at, say, 55.

Mm, I don't know about those ability suggestions. First of all, does Slowking even get any recoil-inducing moves in Topaz? I don't see any on that list and I don't recall seeing any on Slowpoke's level up list in Slowpriest's topic, either; even so, Slowking should probably get one on its own if you really want it to have Rock Head. Without a recoil move Rock Head is completely useless. Yeah, maybe it fits with the Shellder helmet, but that means absolutely nothing if the ability doesn't do anything at all.
Empty Head seems to imply simplicity to me, which of course isn't very Slowkingy, but I suppose it could be interpreted as Slowking forcibly blocking out trivial things like those effects. Eh.
Anyway, I guess Empty Head works, but I'd give serious reconsideration to Rock Head. Serene Focus, Cunning and Confound all seem like they'd make more sense, but they'd more than likely be too good on a Slowking. There must be something else... Cloud Nine, perhaps?
Also not really feeling Spike Wall as a logical move--where are the spikes coming from? I don't think the few that are on the helmet really qualify... Don't really have a problem with the other moves, but is there a reason it doesn't line up a little better with Slowpriest's levels? It does seem like a very small list, so couldn't we use Slowpriest's instead?
Also, I think the ability for Slowpriest was based off of a sort of pattern: Slowbro has Oblivious, Slowking has Own Tempo (or was it the other way around?) and Slowpriest has Empty Head.
Actually, they both get both abilities, unless you're saying the intent was to take one ability off of each Slow evolution. Slowpriest currently has both Own Tempo and Oblivious as well, looking at the topic.
Since Slowpriest is a sort of "religous" pokemon, would it not make sense to give it Enlighten perhaps, and maybe in place of Spike Wall since everyone seems to be against Slowpriest having it?

Slowking levels similarly in FR/LG iirc, so it should be good. Anyways, thought I'd give Slowbro a shot.
Abilities: Own Tempo/Empty Head
--- Curse
--- Tackle
--- Yawn
06 Growl
13 Water Gun
17 Confusion
24 Water Wall
29 Disable
34 Headbutt
37 Water Pulse
43 Amnesia
48 Psychic
55 Equilibrium
Not too many new moves that fit Slowbro extremely well, although there are a few more options (namely Spike Wall). And Empty Head seems as if it was made for the Slowpoke line, heh.

I would maybe go with Oblivious instead of Own Tempo for Slowbro if you're only going to choose one; fits the concept a little better, IMO.
...though honestly, Empty Head does exactly what both of those abilities do and more. You might as well just give them all Empty Head as their only ability (or one of two abilities, the other of which is neither Oblivious nor Own Tempo) if you wanted to do Oblivious/Own Tempo and Empty Head.
Sure, Thunder Wave. Cascade, I'm not sure though. Reefrain and Cascadet are more sleek and swimming-ly than the Slo line, and would seem more fitting to Cascade perhaps?
Slowpoke has an excellent Egg Group, so it shouldn't be too hard to find good Egg Moves for it.
I don't think Slowpoke should get Acid Armor, that might make Slowking too good. Outrage is also iffy.
Assist is very interesting. I wouldn't normally think of it being on the Slow line but maybe it could be interesting? I think this would be my preference for the final list then:
Thunder Wave
Stomp
Muddy Water
Confuse Ray
Calm Mind
Assist
