Nope. The answer is Delcatty. This was his Sapphire Dex entry:

DELCATTY sleeps anywhere it wants without keeping a permanent nest. If other POKéMON approach it as it sleeps, this POKéMON will never fight - it will just move away somewhere else.

The "musical" part is it can learn Sing.

Just posting here to clarify some things.

One, Nytefyre, the riddle has not been solved yet so don't encourage it until it is answered.

Second, Eevee evolves into Espeon during the day. It evolves into Umbreon at night.

Like I said just clarifying, and I agree with Espeon.
