Pardon me for being blunt, but these are just...terrible. It looks like you just used the brush + fill tools in MS Paint. I can't think of anything to say except attend a proper art class.
Also, what's worse than bad artwork is an artist justifying his bad artwork as his "own style". To produce good art, knowledge and usage of shading is absolutely essential, no way around it.
And next time, make your images more easily available for viewing. You're the one who wants us to see your art, we (the viewers) shouldn't have to do something as unnecessary as PMing you for your account password. Why not just post it here? Or better yet, why not just give us direct links to your images? Food for thought.
oh ya ragingprimape said something like that i know what he meant now

If you're refering to "modern art" then you're absolutely WRONG. "Modern Art" doesn't need anything, even effort. :P
I think Dionare would look okay if it weren't for it being a .jpg, as is it's not quite usable but it's certainly leagues above Malduval.
revival!!!
whatcha think?

Not to be offensive, but those are horrible and look like I (a 12 year old) could do better in five minutes.
Why not try being constructive, mefan3? You're clearly intending only to offend here.
As to silver, I'm glad you tried shading, but you need to move past using the mouse to quickly draw out the outlines, which is why your drawings are so shaky. You could zoom in and try to draw more carefully, or get a tablet. Otherwise, it'll be hard for you to move past where you are.
I feel like a kindergartner but yeah it was a little jerkish what I said, but I do like the Dionare
I've neglected you, silver. Sorry about that.
Malduval:I think the main issue is anatomy and general shaping. Malduval's features are badly positioned. His head looks tilted, but the features are straight, so it dosen't look real. The arms and tail are what I'm talking about when I say shaping. They don't appear real because the arms a blocky and the tail's width changes where it shouldn't. The horns are also all different sizes and shapes, which seems sloppy. Even when doing concept art, it's important to look at the sprite you're using as a reference to make sure that the important features are consistent.
Dionare: This is really good by comparison to everything else. It looks accurate and it dosen't have any features that stand out as misshapen. Great job with this one!
Phantern: I would like it if the circles were rounder. The whole things seems to slant to the side, which ruins the realism of a pumpkin, which is a an object that dosen't sag in the way that yours does. The main features are well done and the vines, though they have the same issue as Malduval's tail, are fine because they give off a sort of haunted forest effect.
Cumuloft: I would like the lines to be a little smoother. Especially with a cloud, you want your lines to never come to angles like some of your's do. It's difficult to do with a mouse, so it may be easier to do in sections instead of trying the whole curve all at once. That technique may not work, but if you are careful and slow you can do it without a tablet, but if you are serious about doing computer art, it may be a good investment.
Trillogil: The body width should get thinner by the same degree throughout. The lines could be a bit smoother as well. On the bright side, the shading improves it tremendously. If you hadn't shaded it, it would have looked very plain.
Kondria: Probably my least favourite. The body is essentially just a rectangle with no shape to it. There also isn't a neck, which I think makes the whole thing less believable. I think that your proportions are off as well, and you might do well (as with Malduval) to look at the sprite, and look for what the body and arms and legs are shaped like. The eyes look right, though, and the head itself is probably fine. I would need to see it on a new body to judge for sure though.
If you fixed the outline issues, and whatever else has already been pointed out then you could probably come up with some good stuff.
could you use png. images?
btw thanks for thepositive feedback

So overall I think you NEED to use the shape and line tools in paint if you are going to do anything with the mouse. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rI4i_u6PfLY take a look at that or just search youtube for "speedpainting in ms paint" Lastly I know you said that don't talk about shading you want that cartoony look but they look awful without any kind of shading. You still get a cartoony look with shading but without it they look flat and not interesting. Just a simple shade will do like done in a sprite. (but more than you put in any of your drawings). Use the sprite constantly as reference. Though I would actually prefer you draw them on a piece of paper and take a photo with a camera if you don't have a scanner and put them on here that way if you don't get the hang of the shape and line tools. Lastly with all things, PRACTICE like crazy. You won't get good if you don't. Hope this helped.
Honestly, Dionare is the only one I like. The others, well... They have VERY wobbly outlines. If you could fix that, they'd be better. So, yeah.

They look pretty good, especially the Oshawott. What's that by his left ear?
Also, please wrap spoiler tags around giant images.

Your style reminds me of Kirby. Cute!
I'm curious as to the colour blending you use on Dewott's ears and tails. Is this just one pencil crayon that spreads unevenly due to the scanner? Or were you going for something else? In any case it looks a bit rough but definitely adds some depth and shimmer to the image.
Well, I can't afford a scanner so...
I used my webcam...
