Basically, there is no answer so im gonna go with a lot of guesses.

Aron, Lickitung, Snorlax, Lairon, Aggron, Munchlax, Lickilikcky, Steelix, Mawile, Mamoswine, Groudon, ARceus, Skuntank, Gastly, Haunter, Gengar, Stunky and Slowking.

Basically, the millions of years has put me off.

None of those are correct. There is an answer for the riddle though.

Kabuto, kabutops, Aerodactyl, Omanyte, Omastar, Armaldo, Anorith, cradily, Lileep, cRANIDOS, Rampardos, Shieldon, Regirock/ice/steel and BASTIODON. If the answer isn't either one of these than it's either the snails I ate or I'm silly.

I believe you are referring to the previous riddle, to which the answer would be "Hitmonlee".

And technically, Shieldon is in 2nd too.

The answer is most likely Arbok. The small face refers to it's head and the larger face refers to the pattern on it's hood. Plus, it has Bite attack as well.

it can only be found and caught in the water--though i would've accepted dragonair as well
it's evolution can't be found in the region by the pokedex but it can be found in the safari zone, dragon cave or whatever it was called in GSC and somewhere else but i forget where...
