Ok, you need a 9-volt in the bowl of water. Use the wires to connect it to the watermelon, as well as a cardboard box (the time capsule). Alternatively, you could use a pinapple instead of a watermelon but I can't recall which is better. The government won't let me say farther than that. You are going to have to test random things from there (more items are needed). Your neighbor should only blow up if you swich the watermelon and the 9-volt.
