The Seven Deserts is an Aladdin reference, so this pokemon can be a bandit. But, the Seven Deserts are also called the Seven Kingdoms, so it could be a king.

Now, this one stumbled me for a bit, until I thought of Abilities. Scared = Intimidate, Knockin' ye down = A power boosting ability.

With those analyses, my guess is Krookodile. He is a bandit (like Aladdin). He isn't found in Relic Castle, unlike his prevos. He can scare his opponent with Intimidate, or he can have Moxie which boosts his power when he knocks out an opponent.

The reason I thought of Aladdin is because I googled "The Seven Deserts," and Aladdin popped up. XD
