I don't think his hat and shirt should be the same color. Try recoloring the hat.

His body looks tapered, way too thin at the neck and too much belly. You should also try getting rid of that black line separating his body and his right arm.

Last issue, the Pokeball at his feet is kind of random, and it looks like it's part of his foot. I suggest you reposition it or get rid of it entirely (since there already are a lot of Pokeballs on this sprite).
