    Default regarding HMs and contests

    Hey, I'm updating the site. Working on the city/town pages and I noticed that the HM03 is given out for winning at a contest hall?

    Yeah... could we go ahead and not do that?

    I hated freaking contests in RSE and to be forced to participate in one to win one of the HMs is just...
