Ooh, I think I missed this one from before, I don't remember it. I like crankyguy's but I think somehow we should include Ludicolo's "carefree" aspect.

Elders often say that LUDICOLO's quick and agile dancing can summon rain. Lazy, cloudless, summer days, as a result, are the product of its idle siestas.

I like it, but it doesn't really show how they interact in daily life. Maybe you could add something about how it's dances inspire culture or somehting.

The reason why I never really jumped on the inspiring culture idea is that here it seems a little too contrived. Unless you can make some kind of clever mexican reference (non explicit, of course) to add a little sparkle to the second sentence, it's a bit uninspiring.

Sorry to kill the bandwagon but I don't think this is the end of the line for this one. The idea is sound and the entry is fine but the entry definitely has some room for development. What I find specifically problematic is the phrase "It has developed a following," which seems too vague. A little more specificity would make the entry perfect IMO.
