I don't really know how to fix it. Everytime I turn it on it blasts me with a bunch of pop ups then opens up internet explorer, which I never use anymore, and goes to a porn site. It's completely useless right now.

It's fail adware then. That stuff is easy to get rid of, just get Malwarebytes' Anti-malware. Adware isn't a virus, it's a type of malware designed to annoy the hell out of the user. But it wasn't designed well enough, and as a result is very easy to detect.

Anyway, my grounding was pretty short-lived, as my mum finally decided to listen to me (I need my comp for homework, too!), so I'm back full-time!

As for rp, I know how it feels to have adware. I had rogue "antiviruses" twice, which was incredibly annoying.

Clam FTW. Spybot S&D FTW. Both are FREE and work. Anyway, I'm toying with reverb and noise removal to make my fourth set of redone pieces sound like they were mixed in a studio.

I probably wont be here Thursday, its my birthday. 16. Its not gonna be a big one, its just gonna be mostly a normal day, but I'm gonna go out to dinner and probably go swim and tan. If I have time to get on, I will, but I dont think so. Tomorrow and Friday though. (that means the Trillogill and the Grific lines will be done on schedule still.

And you have no idea how to boot up in safe mode to run a scan or anything of the such?

I mean you are probably paying $50-100 for something you could do in less than an hour. It sucks.

though it is my b-day, I found some little time to get here. I got back from swimming. Also, in school today, I mainly finished the downstairs of the hiker house. Since I'm not at my computer though (library), I can't post it. (and it isn't fully done either, it needs to be populated)

Well, I'm basically computer illiterate. I'm not taking it to a shop though, my friend knows computers and she's gonna come over tommorow and look at it.

Currently dealing with an issue that blocks Topaz only and nothing else from my entire house's network. Currently on a proxy but it's excruciatingly slow so my activity will be as bad as it has been the past few days, very likely.

Edit: Looks like I've found a fast one that isn't going to plague me with survey questions. Seems really sketch but I'll be able to stick around.

What? Is this a computer that other people use as well? Do you connect via a router? It's possible that I could try and help you to troubleshoot.

As for me, I didn't get online much this past weekend so I didn't check up on the forums or anything. I did have a brainstorming session about the site redesign though. Now, it's only a matter of sitting down and getting it done.

For about the next month or so, my availability is going to be sporadic. If you haven't already noticed, I haven't been around much. This probably won't get better until the end of next month.

I have until Fall to adapt my book into a play, because my school is considering putting it on. I'm thoroughly excited about that, but it's going to be taking up a lot of my time.

I'm also trying to finish my next book by Fall. This is purely because I want to, and it's not an obligation, but the muse has struck, and I know I'm going to be working on it a lot.

I'm leaving Tuesday for a Young Writers workshop at a college an hour or so away, and won't be returning until next Saturday. I don't know if I'll have internet access, but I'm not counting on it. If I find out I do, I'll pop on and say hello, but that's about all I can promise.

Next month, I'm going to Florida for a week.

So, yeah. This is all on top of traveling back and forth between my Dad's and my Mom's, with the occasional trip to a friend's house- which reminds me, I'm leaving tomorrow afternoon to spend the night with a few of my friends, and won't be back til Saturday- and sometimes having to watch my siblings thrown in.

To recap:
1. Going to a friend's house tomorrow evening, won't return til Saturday.
2. Leaving next Tuesday until next Saturday for a writing workshop.
3. Leaving for a week in July to go to Florida.
4. Have 2-3 months to turn my 20 chapter, 215+ page book into a play.
5. Trying to finish another book.

I'll try to find time to log on, but I don't know how much I'll have.

Okay, I'm back and I'm thrilled to see that STT has done a good job of keeping the soundtrack moving. Kudos.

I can't promise that I'll be pumping songs out like I used to, but I'll definitely be working on some original works in the near future. As of right now, I've got my focus on Kalypso City.
If the public prefers the sound quality that STT is using, I'll reduce mine to MIDIs and send them to STT to transfer over, as I did with the rest of the soundtrack about three months ago now.
Glad to see progress has been made, glad to see many are still enthusiastic. But most of all, I'm simply glad to be back.

Welcome back Irot! Glad to see that things worked out, and I can't wait for some of your originals! STT has been doing an excellent job and with both of you on the team I can just imagine what good things might happen.

On that note, I'll be away for most of the next month. Tomorrow I'm camping, I'll be back on the 28th, then I'm off to Singapore for three weeks on the 30th. I'll have internet access sporadically in Singapore, but I won't be able to do any huge work, which is upsetting since Badara's free but hopefully I can become a machine when I get back late July.

Great to see you back Irot and MI!

Sorry I haven't been on this week but I've been in a funk. For a few reasons, but mainly because I'm low on medicine so I'm taking half of what I'm supposed to. I wasn't on much, and when I was, I only checked facebook and a couple other things.

Good news though, is that I just resigned as a server admin on Pokemon Online's beta server so I can have more free time to work on Topaz! I'm still the PO site/forums webmaster as far as I know but that won't take up nearly as much time as I was spending on the server.

I'm back now and after I catch up on the 250+ posts, I'll get right to work. First thing on the list: soundtrack stuff on the repository.
